    "An Act relating to accidents involving the vehicle of a person                                 
    under the influence of an alcoholic beverage."                                                  
                                                                                                    
Representative Gruenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that                                     
CSHB 423(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific                                        
purpose of considering Amendment No. 2.  There being no objection,                                  
it was so ordered.                                                                                  
                                                                                                    
Amendment No. 2 was offered  by Representatives Gruenberg and

Representative Gruenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that
